14.6 International Relations at Universidade de Coimbra

Candidates can study, teach or conduct research in International Relations at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra (FEUC). They can apply to the full PhD programme in International Relations – International Politics and Conflict Resolution or carry out a short period of research under the guidance of an available supervisor who works in their specific thematic field. FEUC researchers belong to one or several of the ten centres and institutes with which the Faculty is associated. 
At the Faculty of Arts (FLUC) candidates can study, teach or conduct research in European Studies. They can apply to the full PhD programme in European Studies or carry out a short period of research under the guidance of an available supervisor who works in their specific thematic field. FLUC researchers belong to one or several of the twelve centres the Faculty is associated with.

In order to find a supervisor, candidates can browse the websites and contact the researchers/ PhD programme coordinators directly; in case of the Faculty of Economics they may also contact the FEUC secretariat of Advanced Studies that manages all post-graduate programmes; in any case candidates may contact the University of Coimbra Europlata project assistant. Please always include your English or Spanish CV (Europass format) and a description of the research topic you are interested in.
